- 15–20 years of experience in IT services sales and business development.
- Proven experience in B2B IT services sales and client acquisition.
- Strong understanding of web and mobile application development services.
- Experience selling customized software development solutions.
- Knowledge of digital transformation and enterprise technology solutions.
- Experience in application modernization and legacy system modernization services.
- Experience in staff augmentation, resource outsourcing, and IT staffing business models.
- Strong experience in international sales and client relationship management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
- Ability to independently generate leads, manage sales pipelines, and close business deals.
- Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM platforms, email outreach, and lead generation tools.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per month
