VOYA Marketing is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Senior BDE to drive business growth, generate qualified leads, build a strong sales pipeline, and convert opportunities into long-term client partnerships.

Position Details

- Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month + INCENTIVES
- Experience: 2+ years in sales/business development
- Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat
- Work Mode: Work from Home initially for the first few months, followed by office-based work as required.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Strategic Cold Outreach: Connect with potential clients through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels.
- Lead Generation: Research target markets and generate qualified business leads.
- Sales Research: Identify opportunities and develop effective sales strategies.
- Revenue Generation: Convert leads, close deals, and achieve monthly sales targets.
- CRM Management:



Maintain accurate records and track follow-ups.
- Sales Pipeline Development: Build and manage a strong pipeline of prospects.
- Client Relationship Management: Build long-term relationships and identify growth opportunities.
