Scaler Academy is hiring experienced and result-oriented professionals for the position of Senior Business Development Associate (Sr. BDA). Candidates must have robust sales experience, including a minimum of 2 years of mandatory EdTech industry experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive sales and revenue through effective lead conversion.
- Connect with prospective students and counsel them on suitable programs.
- Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead engagement to closure.
- Follow up with leads and maintain consistent communication.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and business objectives.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, conversions, and sales performance.

Eligibility Criteria




- Experience: 3–6 years of total experience.
- EdTech Experience: Minimum 2 years mandatory.
- Sales Experience: Mandatory.
- Education: Graduation is mandatory.
- Age Limit: Up to 31 years.
- Industry Background: EdTech or a combination of EdTech and Non-EdTech sectors.
- CTC: Up to ₹11.4 LPA.
- Location: Gurugram / Bangalore.
- Work Mode: Work From Office from Day 1.
