We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with robust expertise in domestic and international payments, SWIFT messaging, and banking payment systems.
Role & responsibilities
- Gather and document business requirements, functional specifications, and user stories.
- Analyze domestic and cross-border payment workflows, SWIFT messaging, clearing and settlement processes.
- Collaborate with business and technology teams on payment system enhancements and integrations.
- Support functional testing, UAT, and end-to-end project delivery.
Preferred candidate profile
- Experience in domestic and international payments.
- Hands-on experience with SWIFT MT/MX messaging and ISO 20022 standards.
- Experience in requirement gathering, stakeholder management, and UAT.
- Experience in UAE banking projects.
