Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Branch Manager with a strong background in immigration sales. The ideal candidate should have experience in managing sales teams, converting leads into clients, achieving revenue targets, and handling immigration-related services.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily branch operations and oversee the sales team.
- Handle immigration sales and client consultations.
- Convert leads into paying clients and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Guide and motivate the sales team to improve performance.
- Monitor sales performance, lead conversion, and revenue generation.
- Build strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Train team members on sales techniques and client handling.
- Coordinate with the documentation team for smooth client processing.
- Develop strategies to increase sales and business growth.




- Prepare sales reports and monitor individual team performance.

Requirements

- 3–5 years of experience in immigration sales.
- Previous experience as a Branch Manager, Sales Manager, or Team Leader.
- Robust knowledge of immigration and visa-related services.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Experience in team management and business development.
- Ability to handle clients, resolve concerns, and close sales.

We are looking for a result-oriented professional who can lead the sales team, manage branch operations, and drive business growth. Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹67,000.00 per month
