- Prepare BOQ, estimate quantities, and prepare rate analysis for civil works.
- Conduct quantity estimation from drawings and prepare bills of quantities (BOQ) for submission to clients.
- Analyze rates received from subcontractors/suppliers and prepare rate analysis reports.
- Generate RA bills, contractor bills, and subcontractor bills as per project requirements.
- Ensure accurate cost estimation, quantity surveying, and bill checking processes are followed on site.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 3-5 years of experience in billing engineering or related field with expertise in client billing, quantity estimation, rate analysis, cost estimation, bar bending schedule preparation.
- Diploma/B.Tech / B.E. degree in Civil or relevant discipline required.
- Solid understanding of construction projects' technical aspects including design specifications and industry standards.
