Build programs that change how young people see and engage with the world.

At TribesforGOOD, we help young people (13-18 years) explore real world issues and turn their ideas into community action. We’re looking for someone who enjoys researching recent subjects, building educational experiences and making sure programs run well. You’ll work directly with the founder across themes such as urban planning, marine life, neuroscience and social justice.

What will you do?

- 60% Build and deliver programs: Research emerging themes, help design and pilot new programs, and manage existing student programs from planning through completion.
- 25% Manage partnerships and logistics: Coordinate with NGO partners, experts and facilitators to deliver workshops, field visits and community projects.
- 15% Improve operations and support growth: Build better workflows, track outcomes and feedback, and identify opportunities to strengthen and expand our programs.

Who will enjoy this role?

- Someone with 1–5 years of relevant experience and evidence of independently delivering a project, program or event.
- Curious about education, research and social impact.




- A clear writer and confident communicator who can work with students, parents and partners.
- Organised, comfortable managing multiple timelines, and reliable with follow-through.
- Comfortable using AI tools for research, planning and communication, with care for accuracy.

Education: A master’s degree in Economics, Public Policy, Management, International Relations or a related field is preferred. Strong research, writing and execution skills matter more than the degree alone.
