FundAccounting Support (Close ended/Private Equity funds)

Performand review fund accounting activities for closed-end private equity funds,feeder funds, special purpose vehicles and co-investment structures

Supportthe month-end, quarter-end and year-end NAV close process, including review oftrial balances, accruals, journal entries, expense allocations andinvestor-level accounting

Reviewcapital activity, including capital calls, drawdowns, distributions, transfers,subscriptions, redemptions and investor allocations

Calculateand review management fees, fund expenses, organizational expenses, transactioncosts and other fund-level accruals

Supportthe preparation and review of carried interest, performance allocation andprivate equity waterfall calculations in accordance with fund agreements andinvestment terms

Reviewinvestment activity, including acquisitions, disposals, realized and unrealizedgains or losses, portfolio valuations and foreign exchange movements





Analyzeand calculate cost of carry, financing costs, commitment fees, interestaccruals and other investment-related expenses where applicable
