Job Title: Senior Associate – Operations (Travel Process)

Location: Pune

Experience: Minimum 1 year in International Voice Process – Travel Domain

We are looking for experienced candidates with knowledge of travel operations, GDS, and airline ticket booking procedures. The candidate should be comfortable handling international customer queries related to flight bookings and post-booking services.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle international customer queries related to flight bookings and travel services.
- Perform manual flight ticket bookings using basic GDS knowledge.
- Manage ticket cancellations, rescheduling, and refund requests.
- Assist customers with itinerary changes and booking-related issues.
- Provide accurate information regarding ticket policies, cancellation charges, and refund procedures.
- Ensure a smooth customer experience through effective communication and problem-solving.





Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 1 year of experience in an international voice process in the travel domain.
- Basic knowledge of GDS (Global Distribution System) is mandatory.
- Must know manual ticket booking, cancellations, rescheduling, and refund procedures.
- Graduates and undergraduates are eligible.
- Good English communication and customer-handling skills.

Transportation
- One-side cab facility available.
- Shuttle service available from the nearest metro station.
- Candidates may also opt for self-travel.

Pay: ₹47,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
