About the Role To lead and manage the design department by planning, supervising, and executing architectural, interior, and technical design activities. The role ensures the delivery of high-quality, innovative, and technically accurate designs aligned with project requirements, client expectations, and company standards while coordinating with project teams, consultants, and management for efficient project execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Architectural and Interior Design Planning-Space Planning

- Preparation and Review of GFC (Valuable for Construction) Drawings), Working Drawings, Shop &
- Fabrication drawings etc

- 3D Visualization and Concept Development

- Space Planning and Design Optimization

- Generic &

- Typical as well as joinery detailed working

- Knowledge of Building Services Coordination (PHE, HVAC, Electrical etc.)

- Material Selection and Design Detailing_Finishes schedule

- Design Documentation and Standards Compliance

- Software Proficiency (AutoCAD, SketchUp)

- BOQ understanding and design estimation coordination

- Quantification from drawings and boq preparation

- Documentation in terms of designing

- Site survey, site analysis & dilapidation report generation

Skills &

- Requirements





- Architect/Interior Designer with 1st class with distinction

- 7-8 years of experience in Civil Engineering/ architectural / interior design projects (C&I; &
- MEP)

- Experience in handling commercial, residential, or mixed use development projects

- Strong understanding of construction drawings, GFC documentation, and site coordination

- Experience in leading a design team and coordinating with consultants

- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry standards

- Experience in design management across multiple project phases

- Experience in leading a design team or design department

- Exposure to large-scale residential, commercial, or mixed-use developments
