We partner with established architectural and design firms to identify and recruit professionals across technical, design, project management and leadership functions.

We are currently hiring Junior Architects, Architects, Senior Architects and Liaisoning Architects for our client organisations.

Role Description

We are looking for talented and experienced Architects across different levels who can contribute to architectural design, technical development, project coordination and execution.

Depending on the level of experience, the role will involve developing architectural concepts, preparing detailed working drawings, coordinating with multidisciplinary consultants, managing project deliverables and ensuring design quality and regulatory compliance.

Senior professionals will also be responsible for independently managing assigned projects, guiding junior team members and coordinating with clients and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

- Architectural Design & Development: Develop architectural concepts, design solutions, detailed drawings and construction documentation in alignment with project requirements.
- Technical Detailing: Prepare and review working drawings, GFC drawings, specifications, schedules and technical details to ensure accuracy and constructability.
- Project Coordination: Coordinate with structural, MEP and other consultants, contractors and project stakeholders for seamless project execution.
- Project Delivery: Monitor design deliverables, timelines, technical requirements and quality standards across assigned projects.




- Design Quality & Compliance: Ensure adherence to applicable building regulations, design standards and statutory requirements.
- Client & Site Coordination: Participate in client discussions, design reviews, site visits and resolution of technical queries.
- Team Management: For senior positions, guide junior architects, review technical outputs and support team development.

Liaisoning Architect – Key Responsibilities

- Manage architectural approval processes and statutory submissions.
- Coordinate with municipal corporations, planning authorities and relevant government departments.
- Prepare and review approval drawings, documentation and submissions.
- Ensure compliance with applicable DCPR/UDCPR, building regulations and development control requirements.
- Coordinate approvals, NOCs, amendments, commencement certificates and occupancy-related documentation.
- Maintain effective liaison with authorities and internal project teams.

Qualifications & Skills

- Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch) or equivalent recognised qualification relevant to the position.
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp and other architectural design tools, depending on the role.
- Sound understanding of architectural detailing, construction documentation and project execution.
- Strong coordination, communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments and work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
- Knowledge of local statutory approval processes is essential for Liaisoning Architect positions.

Experience Requirements

- Junior Architects: 2–3 years
- Architects: 4–7 years
- Senior / Experienced Architects: 8–12 years
- Liaisoning Architects: Relevant experience in architectural approvals and statutory liaisoning
