Role &
responsibilities .
- Design & Planning Create architectural designs that are functional, aesthetic, and market-relevant.
- Site Analysis & Feasibility Assess site conditions, zoning laws, and project feasibility.
- Regulatory Compliance Ensure designs meet building codes, safety regulations, and legal requirements.
- Project Coordination Collaborate with developers, engineers, and contractors for smooth execution.
- Supervision Oversee site progress to ensure design accuracy and quality control.
Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch) (Mandatory)
- Experience
- 10to 15 years of experience with a Real Estate Developer, Builder, or Architectural Consultancy.
- Experience in residential, commercial, high-rise, or township projects.Preferred candidate profile
- Preferably Male candidate
