Job Brief:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Architect to lead real estate design and development projects in Thane. You will oversee master planning, structural coordination, and architectural execution for ongoing residential/commercial developments.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end architectural design, drafting, and execution for real estate projects.

- Coordinate with structural engineers, contractors, and local authorities for municipal plan approvals.

- Supervise site progress to ensure designs adhere to quality, safety, and budget standards.

- Prepare detailed layout plans, 3D renderings, elevation drawings, and material specifications.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch / M.Arch).

- 7+ years of experience in real estate architectural design.

- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, 3ds Max, and Photoshop.

- In-depth knowledge of local building codes and municipal approval processes in Thane/MMR.

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
