Senior Architect

Minimum Experience: 5+ Years

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Lead architectural design and independently manage projects from concept to execution.

- Develop design concepts, space planning, working drawings, and detailed construction drawings.

- Prepare and review architectural drawings using AutoCAD and 3D models using SketchUp.

- Conduct site visits, monitor project progress, and ensure design quality and adherence to specifications.

- Lead client meetings, understand project requirements, and present design proposals.

- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, vendors, and project teams for smooth execution.

- Supervise junior architects and ensure timely delivery of project milestones.

- Ensure compliance with applicable building codes, regulations, and standards.

Required Skills:

- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp.

- Ability to independently lead projects and make design decisions.

- Excellent design, planning, and technical detailing skills.

- Strong client management, communication, and presentation skills.

- Valuable team leadership, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.

- Knowledge of construction processes, materials, and site execution.
