Key Responsibilities:

- Design and plan residential buildings, independent houses, bungalows, and apartments.

- Prepare floor plans, elevations, sections, and detailed architectural working drawings.

- Create 2D drawings using AutoCAD and 3D views using relevant software.

- Ensure designs comply with applicable building bylaws and local regulations.

- Coordinate with structural engineers, MEP consultants, and site engineers.

- Modify drawings according to client requirements and site conditions.

- Prepare drawings and documentation for building approvals.

- Conduct site visits to monitor execution as per approved drawings.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch) is mandatory.

- Minimum 4 years of professional experience in residential building design.

- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD.

- Knowledge of SketchUp, Revit, or 3ds Max will be an advantage.

- Valuable understanding of residential planning, building bylaws, and construction drawings.

- Strong coordination and communication skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
