Averiant Academy is an online German language academy offering live instructor-led German courses from A1 to C2, including Goethe and telc exam preparation.

We are looking for a confident and results-driven Admission Counsellor who can speak with prospective students, understand their goals, explain our courses clearly, and convert qualified leads into admissions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Call and follow up with leads generated through Google Ads, social media and other channels.
- Understand students’ goals related to study, work, career or migration to Germany.
- Explain German course levels, batch timings, fees and course benefits.
- Counsel students and recommend the appropriate course.
- Follow up consistently through calls and WhatsApp.
- Handle objections related to fees, timing and course selection.
- Convert qualified enquiries into paid admissions.
- Maintain proper lead and follow-up records in CRM/Google Sheets.




- Coordinate demo classes and follow up after demos.
- Achieve monthly admission and conversion targets.

Requirements:

- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in admissions, education counselling, telesales or inside sales.
- Excellent Hindi and English communication skills.
- Strong sales, follow-up and closing skills.
- Comfortable making regular outbound calls.
- Experience in EdTech, overseas education, language institutes or study-abroad counselling will be preferred.
- Basic knowledge of CRM, WhatsApp Business and Google Sheets is an advantage.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.

Preferred Candidate: Someone who does not simply provide information, but knows how to professionally follow up, build trust and close admissions.

Compensation: Fixed salary + attractive performance incentives.
