Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced accounts and audit professional with 4–5 years of experience in a Chartered Accountancy firm. The candidate should have strong knowledge of financial reporting, audit planning and execution, regulatory compliance, management reporting and internal controls.

Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial Reporting

- Finalise books of accounts for multiple entities.
- Prepare financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards.
- Analyse financial statements and recommend areas for improvement.
- Support financial planning, tax planning and period-end book closure.

Audit Planning & Execution
- Develop and execute audit plans and internal audit assignments.
- Ensure timely completion of audit activities and reports.
- Prepare audit reports with detailed findings and recommendations.
- Identify process gaps, risks and weaknesses in internal controls.
- Discuss audit findings with management and follow up on corrective actions.

Management Reporting & Analysis
- Prepare and review management reports and MIS.
- Review financial and operational data to identify discrepancies and potential risks.
- Assist in preparing and reviewing financial statements and supporting schedules.
- Analyse data to identify opportunities for process improvement.

Regulatory Compliance
- Stay updated on applicable GST and income tax regulations.
- Apply relevant accounting standards in financial reporting.
- Maintain awareness of applicable FEMA regulations.




- Knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements for listed companies will be an added advantage.

Team Coordination
- Communicate audit findings and financial information to senior management.
- Coordinate with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Guide and support junior audit team members.
- Maintain accuracy, confidentiality and timely delivery of assignments.

Candidate Requirements
- CA, B.Com graduate or CA-pursuing candidate.
- Minimum 4–5 years of experience working in a CA firm is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of accounting, financial reporting and auditing.
- Practical experience in finalisation of books of accounts and preparation of financial statements.
- Good understanding of internal audits, internal controls and management reporting.
- Knowledge of GST, income tax and applicable accounting standards.
- Basic knowledge of FEMA regulations.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and Tally is required.
- Familiarity with accounting and audit software is preferred; SAP knowledge will be an advantage.

Additional Requirement Candidates currently pursuing CA must be able to manage their studies alongside work without requiring examination leave.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
