Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to manage end-to-end accounting operations, financial reporting, monthly MIS, and cash flow management. The role involves overseeing statutory compliances, supporting investor reporting and fundraising activities, coordinating audits, and ensuring accurate financial reporting to support business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead accounting operations, financial reporting, monthly MIS, and financial statement preparation.
- Manage cash flow, budgeting, and expense monitoring.
- Handle GST, TDS/TCS, Income Tax, Companies Act, and other statutory compliances.
- Support banking relationships, fundraising activities, investor reporting, and lender compliances.
- Drive cost optimization, profitability analysis, and business decision-making.




- Review accounting entries, guide junior team members, and implement accounting software and process improvements.

Qualification & Experience:

CA / CA Final Dropout with 3–7 years of relevant experience in accounting and finance, with strong leadership, analytical, communication, and business partnering skills.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate

- Kalkaji, Delhi 110019: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:
- Accounting: 5 years (Preferred)
