Job Summary:

Fabcott Textiles Pvt. Ltd., a leading company in the garment and textile industry, is looking for an experienced Senior Accountant with 10 years of expertise in financial management, taxation, auditing, and cost control. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting principles, compliance regulations, and inventory management specific to the garment industry.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee and manage day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial regulations.
- Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, profit & loss accounts, and cash flow statements.
- Handle GST, TDS, income tax filings, and statutory compliance, ensuring timely submission of returns.
- Supervise accounts payable and receivable, ensuring smooth vendor payments and collections.
- Conduct bank reconciliations, cash flow management, and financial forecasting.
- Assist in finalization of accounts and coordinate with auditors for internal and statutory audits.
- Monitor cost control measures related to garment production, procurement, and inventory.
- Ensure inventory valuation and reconciliation for fabric, trims, and finished goods.
- Manage payroll processing,



employee reimbursements, and statutory deductions (PF, ESIC, Professional Tax).
- Generate MIS reports, financial analysis, and budget forecasts for senior management.
- Liaise with banks, financial institutions, and government authorities for financial matters.
- Work closely with the management team to improve financial strategies and cost efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- B.Com/M.Com in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 10 years of experience in accounting, preferably in the garment or textile industry.
- Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and accounting software.
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, income tax, and financial compliance.
- Expertise in costing, inventory management, and financial reporting.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to handle financial operations independently and lead an accounting team.
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
