Ganesh Ply Wood Industries is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to manage the company's accounting operations, financial records, GST compliance, and reporting. The ideal candidate should have robust knowledge of accounting principles, Tally Prime, MS Excel, and taxation.

Key Responsibilities -:

- Manage day-to-day accounting operations and maintain accurate financial records.
- Handle sales and purchase entries, invoicing, billing, and vouchers.
- Maintain general ledger, cash book, and bank book.
- Prepare and review GST returns, GST reconciliation, and TDS-related records.
- Perform bank reconciliation and manage accounts payable and receivable.
- Monitor customer outstanding balances and supplier payments.
- Maintain stock and inventory records and reconcile stock with accounts.
- Prepare monthly financial reports and assist in financial statements.
- Handle vendor and customer account reconciliation.
- Coordinate with auditors, banks,



and tax consultants when required.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and applicable tax regulations.

Required Skills-:

- Strong knowledge of Tally Prime and MS Excel.
- Good understanding of GST, TDS, and accounting principles.
- Experience in purchase, sales, billing, and inventory accounting.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good attention to detail and time management.
- Ability to independently manage accounting operations.

Qualifications & Experience

- B.Com / M.Com or equivalent qualification preferred.
- 0-3 years of relevant accounting experience.
