Academic Counsellor –

About the Role

Talentmark Academy is seeking a dedicated and sincere Academic Counsellor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling all student enquiries, managing communications, maintaining records, scheduling demos, and overseeing the admission process. This role is crucial in guiding prospective students and ensuring a smooth and professional experience from enquiry to enrolment.

Key Responsibilities

- Respond promptly and professionally to all student enquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
- Provide detailed information about our courses, curriculum, and admission procedures.
- Maintain accurate records of all enquiries and follow up regularly to ensure maximum conversions.
- Schedule and coordinate demo classes for prospective students, ensuring timely reminders and confirmations.
- Guide students through the entire admission process, from initial enquiry to final enrolment.
- Maintain and update enquiry and admission data in the system.
- Collaborate with faculty and other team members to ensure a seamless counselling and admission experience.
- Address student queries and concerns with patience, clarity, and professionalism.




- Achieve monthly targets for enquiry follow-ups and admissions.

Qualifications and Skills

- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; education or counselling background preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and data management abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and basic computer applications.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
- Sincere, responsible, and committed attitude towards work.
- Prior experience in academic counselling or admissions is an advantage.
