Job Title: Academic Coordinator

Salary: ₹5,000 – ₹15,000 per month, depending on experience and skills

World Vision Academy is looking for an organized, proactive, and academically strong Academic Coordinator to support curriculum implementation, teacher performance, lesson planning, and the smooth functioning of academic activities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor lesson plans, syllabus completion, and classroom teaching.
- Support teachers in preparing question papers, worksheets, and assessments.
- Prepare academic calendars, examination schedules, and results.
- Monitor student attendance, discipline, and academic progress.
- Conduct classroom observations and support teacher development.
- Ensure proper maintenance of academic records and documentation.
- Coordinate with the Principal, teachers, and school management.




- Help implement school policies and maintain academic standards.
- Assist in parent-teacher meetings and academic reviews.

Requirements:

- Graduate or postgraduate degree; B.Ed. preferred.
- Previous school teaching or academic coordination experience preferred.
- Good leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of school curriculum, examinations, and assessment practices.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and school documentation.
- Ability to manage staff, deadlines, and multiple academic tasks.
