Job Title: Sales Executive / Telesales Executive - Real Estate

About the Role:

We are looking for dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executives to join our Real Estate team to drive property sales and build solid client relationships.

Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to prospective clients and explain projects, plots, flats, and investment plans.
- Generate leads, follow up, and schedule site visits.
- Build rapport with clients, understand their requirements, and close deals.
- Maintain customer database and daily calling reports in back office.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and coordinate with marketing team.

Requirements:

- Excellent communication & convincing skills in Hindi/English.
- Experience in real estate / insurance / telesales preferred. Freshers can apply.
- Basic computer knowledge and target-oriented mindset.

Qualification: 12th / Graduate Salary: Fixed Salary + High Incentives + Growth
