Rate: ₹1.4 LPM + GST, negotiable up to ₹1.5 LPM + GST for the right candidate

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Semarchy MDM Implementation Consultant to implement and support a Master Data Management solution using Semarchy's Unified Data Platform (Semarchy xDM and xDI) running natively on Snowflake.

The consultant will work closely with data stewards, data engineers, and business stakeholders to design, configure, and deploy master data models, match/merge rules, survivorship, governance and data quality workflows, and integrations between Snowflake and downstream systems.

Key Responsibilities

- Configure and extend Semarchy xDM data models, entity views, match/merge rules, survivorship rules, and validation workflows for customer, supplier, product, and item master data.
- Design and develop Semarchy xDI integration jobs to load, cleanse, transform, and synchronize data between Snowflake and source/target systems.
- Deploy and configure Semarchy xDM as a Snowflake Native App, including roles, warehouses, and data-sharing setup.
- Develop, optimize, and maintain Snowflake SQL, including tables, views, stored procedures, tasks, and streams.
- Implement data quality rules, deduplication logic, hierarchy management, and relationship management within Semarchy xDM.




- Partner with data governance teams and business stakeholders to translate stewardship and data quality requirements into technical configurations.
- Support UAT, defect triage, performance tuning, go-live cutover, and post-deployment activities.
- Document data models, source-to-target mappings, integration specifications, and operational runbooks.

Mandatory Skills
- Hands-on implementation experience with Semarchy xDM and xDI .
- Strong understanding of Master Data Management (MDM) concepts and implementation.
- Experience configuring match/merge, survivorship, validation, deduplication, and data quality rules.
- Solid Snowflake SQL and data integration experience.
- Experience integrating master data solutions with source and downstream systems.
- Ability to work independently with business stakeholders, data engineers, and data stewards.

Preferred Skills
- Experience deploying Semarchy xDM as a Snowflake Native App.
- Experience with Snowflake roles, virtual warehouses, data sharing, tasks, and streams.
- Experience with customer, supplier, product, or item master data domains.
- Experience with data governance, stewardship workflows, and production MDM support.
