Position Title: Security Trustee Legal

Security Trustee Legal

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Review or prepare security trust agreements and loan/security documents.
- Review pledge, mortgage, hypothecation and guarantee documents as applicable.
- Check conditions, promises, default clauses and security-related legal risks.
- Coordinate with lenders, borrowers and external lawyers.
- Support amendments, security releases and enforcement-related documentation when appropriate.
- Track applicable requirements for creating, registering, changing or releasing security.
- Check that required approvals and supporting evidence are available.
- Maintain compliance trackers and records of pending items.
- Escalate missing documents, missed requirements or possible breaches.
- Coordinate with Legal and Operations for audits and compliance closure.
