We are looking for a responsible and vigilant Security Supervisor to oversee security personnel, maintain workplace safety, monitor daily security operations, and ensure the protection of company premises, employees, and visitors.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of security guards.
- Monitor entry and exit points and maintain visitor records.
- Ensure proper verification of visitors, vendors, and employees, as required.
- Conduct regular security rounds and inspections of the premises.
- Monitor CCTV cameras and report suspicious activities or security breaches.
- Ensure compliance with company security policies and safety procedures.
- Maintain attendance records and duty rosters for security staff.
- Handle emergencies, incidents, and unexpected security situations promptly.
- Prepare daily security reports and maintain incident registers.
- Coordinate with management and administration regarding security concerns.
- Ensure discipline, punctuality, and proper conduct among security personnel.
Eligibility & Requirements
- Minimum qualification: 12th pass; graduates may also apply.
- Previous experience in security supervision or security operations is preferred.
- Good observation, leadership, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage security personnel and handle emergency situations.
- Physically fit, alert, disciplined, and responsible.
- Familiarity with CCTV monitoring and basic reporting procedures is an advantage.
