Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure the safety and security of the plant premises, employees, visitors, and company assets.
- Monitor entry and exit of personnel, vehicles, and materials.
- Maintain security registers and visitor records.
- Conduct regular patrolling and ensure adherence to security protocols.
- Handle security-related incidents and report them to the concerned authorities.
Shift Requirements:
- Candidates must be willing to work in both day and night shifts, as per the duty roster.
Preferred Profile:
- Retired defence personnel with a disciplined and responsible approach.
- Physically fit and capable of performing security duties.
- Positive communication skills and basic record-keeping ability.
- Prior industrial or plant security experience will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
