Khussarf Estates is looking for responsible, alert, and disciplined Security Guards to support the safety and security of corporate offices, commercial buildings, and workplace premises in Kolkata.

The ideal candidate should be punctual, professional, and capable of maintaining a safe and orderly environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor entry and exit of employees, visitors, and vendors.
- Maintain visitor registers and verify visitor details.
- Monitor the premises and report suspicious activities.
- Conduct routine security rounds and patrols.
- Support access control and follow workplace security procedures.
- Handle visitor enquiries professionally and guide them appropriately.
- Report incidents, emergencies, and safety concerns to the supervisor.
- Coordinate with office administration and facility management teams.
- Ensure discipline and follow the assigned duty schedule.

Requirements
- Minimum qualification: Class 8 preferred.
- Previous security guard experience preferred




- Good communication skills and a professional attitude.
- Physically fit, alert, punctual, and disciplined.
- Ability to work in shifts, including day or night shifts as required.
- Knowledge of basic security procedures is an advantage.
- Valid security training/certification and required documents preferred, where applicable.
