Conduct regular foot or mobile patrols of hospital buildings, parking lots, corridors, and perimeters; monitor CCTV and security alarm systems. [1, 2, 3]

- Emergency &

- Crisis Response:

Respond immediately to medical emergencies, fire alarms, security breaches, or violent/disruptive behavior. Assist clinical teams with crowd control or emergency evacuations. [1, 2]

- De-escalation &

- Conflict Resolution:

Use calm communication, active listening,



and professional de-escalation techniques to handle distressed, aggressive, or intoxicated patients and visitors. [1, 2]

- Incident Investigation &

- Reporting:

Investigate security incidents, interview witnesses, review surveillance footage, and write detailed, accurate daily activity and incident reports. [1]

- Property Protection:
