- Recruit and hire Security Guards, Security Supervisors, and Security Officers as per the manpower requirements of different sites.
- Ensure timely deployment of suitable security personnel at client sites.
- Conduct regular site visits and inspect security operations.
- Monitor attendance, discipline, grooming, and performance of security staff.
- Coordinate with site supervisors, clients, and management.
- Maintain recruitment records, staff attendance, and daily field reports.
- Ensure adequate manpower availability and arrange replacements when required.
Requirements
- Good communication, leadership, and coordination skills.
- Experience in security manpower recruitment and field operations preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple sites and fulfill urgent manpower requirements.
- Honest, disciplined, and responsible attitude.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
