Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented Security Consultant with experience in contract negotiation and a working knowledge of information security, data protection, and third-party risk management. The candidate will review, negotiate, and support the execution of Information Security Agreements (ISAs) and related contractual documents, ensuring security and compliance requirements are appropriately addressed.

Key Responsibilities

- Review, draft, and negotiate Information Security Agreements (ISAs), security addendums, and related contractual documents.
- Negotiate information security, data protection, confidentiality, privacy, and third-party risk clauses with vendors, clients, and other stakeholders.
- Identify contractual risks and ensure appropriate security controls, obligations, and compliance requirements are incorporated into agreements.
- Collaborate with Legal, Procurement, Information Security, Privacy, Risk, and business teams to resolve contractual issues.
- Review third-party security requirements, including incident reporting, audit rights, data handling, access controls, and business continuity obligations.
- Track contract reviews, negotiation progress, approvals, and escalations while maintaining accurate documentation.




- Support alignment with internal security policies, regulatory requirements, and applicable contractual standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2 to 5 years of experience in contract negotiation, contract management, or commercial agreement review.
- Experience with technology, information security, data protection, vendor, or commercial agreements is preferred.
- Working knowledge of information security principles, data privacy, and third-party risk management.
- Understanding of security-related contractual clauses, confidentiality obligations, breach notification, audit rights, and data protection requirements.
- Robust written and verbal communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to interpret contractual language, identify risks, and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple agreements and deadlines.

Preferred Profile Candidates with experience in Information Security Agreements (ISAs), security addendums, vendor risk management, technology contracts, or legal contract lifecycle management will be preferred.
