We are hiring "EDR Engineer" for one of our clients based at Bangalore !!!

We are seeking a skilled EDR Engineer responsible for the deployment, configuration, and optimization of Endpoint Detection & Response solutions across enterprise environments. The role focuses on implementing security controls, integrating EDR with existing infrastructure, and ensuring effective threat detection and response capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deploy and implement EDR solutions across endpoints (servers & laptops)
- Configure policies, detection rules, and response mechanisms
- Integrate EDR with SIEM, SOAR, and other security tools
- Perform agent installation, upgrades, and troubleshooting
- Tune alerts to reduce false positives and improve detection accuracy
- Conduct testing and validation of EDR deployments
- Ensure compliance with organizational security policies and standards
- Document implementation procedures, configurations, and best practices
- Provide technical support and training to internal teams

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity,



or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in endpoint security or cybersecurity roles
- Hands-on experience with EDR tools such as:

o Microsoft Defender for Endpoint o CrowdStrike Falcon o SentinelOne o Sophos Intercept X
- Robust knowledge of:

o Endpoint security concepts o Windows/Linux OS internals o Networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/S)
- Experience with scripting (PowerShell, Python, Bash)
- Familiarity with SIEM platforms (Splunk, QRadar, etc.)
- Understanding of MITRE ATT&CK; framework

Experience: 1+ years Looking for Immediate to one week joiners

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
