Roles & Responsibilities

- Lead Instrumentation & Automation maintenance activities across the plant.

- Configure, modify, troubleshoot, and optimize PLC, DCS, and SCADA systems.

- Ensure reliable operation of field instruments, analyzers, weigh feeders, and control systems.

- Handle preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of instrumentation equipment.

- Drive process optimization through automation and advanced control strategies.

- Manage annual shutdowns, instrumentation projects, and system upgrades.

- Monitor equipment reliability and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime.

- Lead and mentor a team of instrumentation engineers and technicians.

- Coordinate with production, electrical, mechanical, and OEM teams for effective plant operations.

- Ensure compliance with safety standards and statutory requirements.

- PLC Programming (Siemens / Allen Bradley / Schneider)

- DCS Systems (ABB / Honeywell / Yokogawa / Siemens)

- SCADA Development & Troubleshooting

- Process Automation
