About the Role

We are looking for a data-driven and proactive SEA Manager to plan, execute, and optimize performance-driven campaigns across search and biddable platforms. You will focus on driving ROI through smart optimization, A/B testing, and clear analytics while collaborating with cross-functional creative and strategy teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, activate, and optimize performance campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other biddable channels.
- Build integrated search and social performance strategies aligned with client goals (awareness, acquisition, or retention).
- Monitor real-time campaign performance to maximize ROI, CTR, and conversion rates using advanced audience segmentation and bid strategies.
- Track, analyze, and report key performance indicators (KPIs) using Google Analytics and platform dashboards.
- Stay updated on emerging ad trends, beta features, and industry best practices.

What We Are Looking For




- 4 years of proven experience in performance marketing or biddable media (agency experience is a big plus).
- Strong, hands-on expertise in Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta Ads Manager (LinkedIn Ads experience is a bonus).
- Solid grasp of performance metrics, conversion tracking, and attribution models.
- Excellent analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into clear strategic recommendations.
- Relevant Google or Meta certifications are preferred.

Pay: Up to ₹900,000.00 per year
