Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP SD Functional Consultant to join our ERP team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SAP Sales &

- Distribution (SD) module configuration, business process analysis, stakeholder management, and cross-functional integration. The role involves translating business requirements into scalable SAP solutions while ensuring seamless integration with other ERP modules.

Key Responsibilities

- Gather, analyze, and manage detailed business requirements and convert them into functional specifications.

- Configure and support SAP SD module based on business needs.

- Document current and future-state business processes and identify process improvement opportunities.

- Collaborate with Product Owners, Solution Architects, Developers, and Business Stakeholders to design effective SAP solutions.

- Perform functional testing and ensure delivered solutions meet business requirements.

- Provide guidance to development teams on expected system behavior and business processes.

- Create user documentation, training materials, and conduct end-user training sessions.

- Support production issues, configuration changes, and emergency transports.

- Provide functional support for incident resolution and ongoing ERP enhancements.

- Ensure compliance, security, and governance requirements are incorporated into solutions.
