We are seeking an experienced, visionary and child-centred School Principal to lead a progressive residential school that goes beyond conventional, textbook-driven education.

The ideal candidate will champion experiential learning, innovative teaching methodologies, conceptual understanding and holistic student development, while ensuring strong academic outcomes and a nurturing residential environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead academic planning, curriculum implementation and assessment.
- Integrate experiential learning with classroom teaching and measurable learning outcomes.
- Mentor teachers and foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.




- Oversee residential life, student wellbeing, safeguarding and discipline.
- Build strong partnerships with parents, teachers and the school management.

Candidate Profile:

- Master's degree in Education, Educational Leadership, Psychology or a relevant subject; B.Ed. or equivalent preferred.
- 8–15 years of experience in education, including significant leadership experience.
- Strong academic leadership, team management and communication skills.
- A passion for child-centred education, critical thinking and learning beyond textbooks.
