Salary: ₹25,000–₹30,000 per month, based on suitability, qualifications and experience. Five vacancies. Experienced applicants may be offered higher pay according to qualifications and suitability.
SCHOOL COUNSELLOR
Responsibilities
Provide admissions counselling and explain the school’s programmes and admission process.
Offer student guidance and age-appropriate educational and career counselling within your training and competence.
Communicate with parents and coordinate with teachers and the school office.
Maintain accurate counselling and admissions records with appropriate confidentiality.
Refer specialised psychological or mental-health needs to appropriately qualified professionals. Specialised psychological or mental-health support must only be provided by candidates with the appropriate skilled qualifications.
Eligibility
12th pass, graduates and postgraduates may apply for duties suited to their qualifications and competence. Freshers and experienced applicants are welcome. Relevant education,
counselling or student-guidance qualifications are preferred. Good listening, communication, empathy and basic computer skills are expected. No applicant will be expected to provide specialised psychological or mental-health services without the appropriate professional qualifications.
Candidates from Chikhli and nearby towns are encouraged to apply, followed by Buldhana, Akola, Washim, Jalna and other parts of Maharashtra. Applicants must be able to work on-site at the school.
Selection and joining
Selection involves an interview with the Principal only. We aim to arrange the interview within 7 days of receiving a suitable resume. Immediate joining or joining the next day after selection is preferred, subject to mutual agreement.
