Edify Education is seeking an experienced School Admission Counsellor with 3+ years of experience in school admissions. The candidate will manage the end-to-end admission process, counsel parents, handle admission enquiries, follow up with prospective families, and coordinate with school teams to ensure a smooth admission experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the complete school admission process from initial enquiry to student enrolment.
- Interact with parents and provide accurate information about the curriculum, facilities, fee structure, and admission procedures.
- Follow up on admission leads through phone calls, messages, and scheduled meetings.
- Conduct parent counselling sessions and address admission-related queries.
- Maintain admission enquiry records, follow-up trackers, and daily reports.




- Coordinate with academic and administrative teams to process admissions efficiently.
- Monitor enquiry conversion and work towards school admission targets.
- Maintain professional communication and positive relationships with parents.

Requirements

- Minimum 3 years of experience in school admissions or educational counselling.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and parent-handling skills.
- Experience in lead management, follow-ups, and admission conversion.
- Good organisational and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and admission management systems is preferred.
