Scaffolding Supervisor – Steel Fabrication | Manufacturing

Ganges Internationale Pvt. Ltd. is hiring an experienced Scaffolding Supervisor for our manufacturing plant at Karasur, Puducherry.

We are looking for a hands-on qualified with strong experience in scaffolding supervision, steel fabrication, welding activities, manpower handling, and shop-floor safety.

Key Responsibilities

· Supervise daily scaffolding erection, dismantling, inspection, and maintenance activities.

· Coordinate scaffolding and steel fabrication work to meet production and project schedules.

· Supervise manpower, allocate daily tasks, and monitor work quality and productivity.

· Ensure compliance with scaffolding safety procedures, PPE requirements, and workplace safety standards.

· Coordinate with production, fabrication, welding, and maintenance teams.

· Monitor material usage and ensure proper handling and storage of scaffolding materials.

Requirements

· Experience: Minimum 4 years in steel fabrication, scaffolding, or a related industrial environment.

· Technical Skills: Practical knowledge of welding and steel fabrication.

· Supervisory Skills: Manpower handling, work coordination, and shop-floor supervision.

· Work Schedule: 12-hour shifts.





· Location: Karasur, Puducherry.

· Salary: Up to ₹4.68 LPA CTC
