Responsibilities

- Work closely with the platform team to assess existing SAP ECC systems and understand the business processes currently managed within SAP.
- Analyze business processes, system configurations, workflows, and the current level of automation across SAP modules.
- Identify opportunities to improve business process efficiency through automation, system enhancements, and process optimization.
- Review SAP integrations with third-party systems, particularly those related to Order Management, Materials Management, Inventory Management, Order-to-Cash, and Procurement.
- Assess existing integrations and identify opportunities to improve data flow, system connectivity, and operational efficiency.
- Provide recommendations for optimizing SAP processes and reducing manual intervention.
- Explore opportunities to leverage Artificial Intelligence (AI) and intelligent automation within SAP-supported business processes.
- Document current-state processes, identify gaps, and recommend future-state improvements.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, functional teams, and technical teams to evaluate and prioritize improvement opportunities.
- Provide techno-functional guidance to support platform modernization and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

- 6-10 years of overall professional experience in SAP techno-functional consulting or related SAP roles. (Suggested range; confirmation from the client is required.)

- Strong hands-on experience with SAP ECC.
- Experience integrating SAP with third-party applications and external systems.
- Good understanding of SAP-supported business processes across Order Management, Materials Management, Inventory Management,



Order-to-Cash, and Procurement.

- Experience analyzing SAP business processes, system functionality, and existing automation capabilities.
- Knowledge of business process optimization, workflow improvement, and automation opportunities.

- Understanding of SAP integration processes, data flows, and system dependencies.
- Knowledge of AI concepts and their potential applications in enterprise business processes.
- Solid analytical, problem-solving, and process assessment skills.

- Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Analyze an existing SAP ECC environment to understand business processes, configurations, integrations, and automation levels.
