Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Review and analyze resumes to identify candidates with relevant SAP skills and experience.

2. Screen candidates against predefined technical and project requirements.

3. Evaluate experience across various SAP modules

4. Compare candidate qualifications, technical skills, certifications, and project experience with job requirements.

5. Identify relevant keywords, technologies, tools, and domain experience within resumes.

6. Provide explicit screening notes and feedback to recruiters regarding candidate suitability.

7. Collaborate with recruiters to understand open positions and specific client requirements.

8. Assist in improving resume screening processes, search criteria, and screening templates.

9. Stay informed about SAP technologies,



modules, certifications, and industry trends.

10. Manage multiple resumes and screening assignments while meeting deadlines.

Must have skills:

1. Ability to understand SAP job descriptions and identify required technical skills.

2. Strong understanding of SAP technologies and solutions, particularly SAP Basis, SAP Security, SAP HANA, and SAP S/4HANA.

3. Strong analytical and resume evaluation skills.

4. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

5. Good written and verbal communication skills.
