T he ideal candidate will have a solid background in SAP SuccessFactors People Analytics and SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, with a proven track record in reporting and analytics. This role is critical in helping our organization leverage data to drive decision-making and improve business outcomes.

What You'll Do

- Develop and maintain Story Reports and Dashboards within SAP SuccessFactors.
- Lead the migration and conversion of existing Canvas/Table reports to Story Reports.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and translate them into effective reporting solutions.
- Provide training and support to end-users on reporting tools and best practices.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy in all reporting outputs.
- Stay updated with the latest SAP SuccessFactors features and enhancements related to reporting.

Mandatory Skills

- SAP SuccessFactors People Analytics Reporting Certification (valid certification and proof required)




- SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Certification (valid certification and proof required)
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience with Story Reports and Dashboards.
- Experience in migration and conversion from Canvas/Table reports to Story Reports.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with SAP SuccessFactors modules beyond SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools and techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
