Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic, confident, and results-oriented Sales / Business Development Executive with 3+ years of experience in selling customized IT products, software solutions, or ERP products. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, along with the ability to explain products effectively and build strong client relationships.

The candidate will work closely with the CEO to attend client meetings, conduct product demonstrations, explain product features and advantages, identify business opportunities, and convert prospective clients into successful business deals.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the IT, software, SAP, and ERP industries.
- Promote and sell customized IT products,



software solutions, and ERP systems to prospective clients.
- Accompany the CEO to client meetings, product demonstrations, presentations, and sales discussions.
- Explain product features, functionalities, benefits, and business value to clients in a clear and professional manner.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations based on client requirements.
- Understand client needs and coordinate with internal teams to propose suitable solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Follow up with leads, prepare proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and support deal closures.
- Travel to client locations for meetings, product demonstrations, and business development activities.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company's business growth.
- Maintain records of client interactions, sales pipelines, and business opportunities.
