Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced SAP Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for SAP consulting, implementation, support, and development roles. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of SAP modules, sourcing strategies, and the ability to identify and attract top SAP talent across various domains.

Experience Required:

2 - 6+ years in IT recruitment with experience hiring SAP professionals.

Responsibilities:

- Manage full-cycle recruitment for SAP positions.
- Source, screen, and assess candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking.
- Recruit for various SAP modules including:
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and technical teams.
- Evaluate candidates based on technical skills, project experience, certifications, and cultural fit.
- Maintain candidate pipelines and talent pools for future requirements.
- Negotiate compensation packages and manage offer rollouts.
- Track recruitment metrics and ensure timely closure of positions.
- Build relationships with SAP professionals and industry networks.




- Ensure compliance with company hiring policies and recruitment processes.

Required Skills:

- Solid understanding of SAP technologies, modules, and implementation lifecycle.
- Experience using recruitment tools and ATS platforms.
- Expertise in sourcing through LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, and other job boards.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple SAP requirements simultaneously.
- Solid negotiation and candidate engagement skills.
- Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience recruiting for SAP consulting firms, system integrators, or enterprise clients.
- Knowledge of SAP certifications and SAP project roles.
- Exposure to global hiring and contract staffing is an advantage.
