Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced SAP Master Data Governance (MDG) professional with robust expertise in Finance master data governance. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, configuring, and enhancing SAP MDG solutions to meet business requirements. The role requires hands-on experience in MDG customization, workflow configuration, data validation, system integration, and data quality management, along with the ability to lead a team and drive continuous process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, configure, and customize SAP MDG solutions, primarily focusing on Finance master data.
- Implement and maintain master data governance workflows, approval processes, and validation rules.
- Ensure master data accuracy, consistency, quality, and compliance with business standards.
- Integrate SAP MDG with SAP and other enterprise systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to master data governance and replication.
- Collaborate with functional teams, business stakeholders, and technical teams to deliver effective solutions.
- Lead technical discussions, contribute to key project decisions, and manage team deliverables.




- Identify opportunities for process improvement and enhance software quality and team productivity.
- Mentor junior team members and promote knowledge sharing.
- Work within Agile methodologies to deliver scalable and high-quality solutions.

Required Technical Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with SAP Master Data Governance (SAP MDG).
- Expertise in SAP MDG Finance (MDG-F) and Finance master data governance processes.
- Experience in SAP MDG configuration, customization, and implementation.
- Knowledge of governance workflows, change requests, validations, and approval processes.
- Experience with data replication and integration between SAP MDG and other enterprise applications.
- Strong understanding of master data quality, data integrity, and governance best practices.
- Ability to analyze requirements, troubleshoot complex issues, and implement effective solutions.

Required Experience and Competencies
- Minimum 7.5 years of relevant experience in SAP MDG.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience working as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) or leading technical teams.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder expectations.
- Experience in Agile project environments and continuous improvement initiatives.
