We are looking for an experienced SAP FI-CA Lead with robust hands-on functional, configuration, solution architecture, and integration expertise in SAP S/4HANA RISE Private Cloud Edition.

Mandatory Skills & Experience

- 12+ years of SAP FI-CA experience covering postings, payments, dunning, collections, installment plans, write-offs, interest, and FI-GL reconciliation.
- Minimum 2 full lifecycle SAP S/4HANA / RISE implementations involving FI-CA.
- Mandatory hands-on experience with FQEVENTS , including event registration, function module customization, and standard event modules.
- Strong expertise in FI-CA mass activities — payment runs, dunning, interest, write-offs, GL transfers, foreign currency valuation, parallelization, and EMMA exception handling.
- Hands-on integration with at least one: IS-U Billing, Convergent Invoicing, Subscription Billing, SD Billing, CRM Billing, or Tax & Revenue Management.




- Strong knowledge of FI-GL reconciliation , reconciliation keys, posting totals, parallel ledger, and segment reporting.
- Hands-on experience with EBS, payment cards, SEPA/ACH direct debit, and lockbox processing.
- Expertise in clean-core extensibility: BAdIs, BRFplus, Key User Extensibility, SAP BTP, and FI-CA events.
- Experience with SAP Activate, Fit-to-Standard workshops, and SAP Cloud ALM .
- Strong stakeholder management and client-facing leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Own end-to-end SAP FI-CA solution architecture, functional design, and configuration.
- Lead FI-CA integrations, high-volume receivables processing, and financial reconciliation.
- Drive Fit-to-Standard workshops, solution documentation, and implementation delivery.
- Manage L3 production escalations, root cause analysis, and performance optimization.
- Lead and mentor FI-CA consultants while ensuring solution quality.

Preferred Skills SAP BRIM, IS-U, FSCM, SAP DRC, SAP BTP, ABAP debugging, FI-AR to FI-CA migration, and relevant SAP certifications.

Education: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields.
