Role Description This is a full-time, on-site SAP Consultant role based in Jaipur. The SAP Consultant will work closely with business stakeholders to analyze requirements, map and optimize business processes, and configure SAP modules to support manufacturing and operations.

Responsibilities include managing master data, overseeing integration between SAP and other business systems, and ensuring data accuracy and system reliability. The role involves providing consulting support for process improvements, troubleshooting system issues, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and assisting in SAP implementations, upgrades, and user training. The consultant will also help maintain documentation,



adhere to compliance standards, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the organization.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret business requirements, perform data analysis, and support decision-making.
- Candidates should possess Consulting experience to collaborate with stakeholders, gather requirements, and recommend SAP-enabled process improvements.
- Candidates should possess Business Process knowledge, especially in manufacturing, supply chain, and operations, to design and optimize SAP workflows.
- Candidates should possess Master Data management skills to create, maintain, and govern core SAP data with high accuracy and consistency.
- Candidates should possess Integration skills to connect SAP modules and interfaces with other enterprise systems, ensuring seamless data flow.
- Experience with SAP ERP (e.g., MM, PP, SD, FI/CO) or S/4HANA in a manufacturing environment is highly beneficial.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; relevant SAP certifications are an advantage.
- Proven ability to work on-site in a fast-paced industrial setting and manage multiple priorities with attention to detail.
