We are looking for an experienced SAP Business Data Cloud (BDC) Engineer with strong expertise in SAP data architecture, data modelling, and enterprise data integration. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience designing and implementing scalable data solutions using SAP BDC and related SAP data technologies.

The candidate will be responsible for building and optimizing data models, integrating data from multiple enterprise sources, enabling analytics and reporting, and ensuring data quality, governance, and consistency. Experience supporting business requirements within the advertising and public relations industry will be an advantage.

- Design, develop, and implement enterprise data solutions using SAP Business Data Cloud (BDC).
- Develop and maintain scalable data architectures to support enterprise analytics, reporting, and business intelligence requirements.
- Design and implement data models, semantic models, and data integration workflows aligned with business requirements.
- Integrate data from SAP and non-SAP systems to provide a unified and consistent view of business data.
- Work with SAP Datasphere, SAP HANA Cloud, and other relevant SAP data technologies as required by the solution architecture.
- Build and optimize data models, views, transformations, and data pipelines to support analytical use cases.
- Ensure data quality, data consistency, metadata management, and adherence to enterprise data governance standards.
- Collaborate with business analysts, data architects, analytics teams,



and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Analyze and resolve data integration, modelling, performance, and data availability issues.
- Optimize data processing and query performance to support efficient reporting and analytics.
- Implement appropriate data access controls, security measures, and governance practices.
- Develop technical documentation covering data architecture, data models, integration workflows, and implementation standards.
- Participate in solution design reviews, testing, deployment, and ongoing production support.
- Support business use cases related to advertising, public relations, campaign analytics, customer insights, and performance reporting, where applicable.

- SAP Business Data Cloud (BDC): Strong relevant hands-on experience with SAP BDC and its data management and analytics capabilities.
- SAP Data Architecture: Expertise in designing enterprise data architectures, integration patterns, and scalable data solutions.
- Data Modelling: Strong experience in conceptual, logical, and physical data modelling, including analytical and semantic modelling.
- SAP HANA: Experience with SAP HANA and SAP HANA Cloud data modelling, SQL, and performance optimization.
- Data Integration: Experience integrating data from SAP and non-SAP systems using suitable SAP data integration capabilities.
- Data Transformation: Knowledge of data transformation, data pipelines, and preparation of data for analytics and reporting.
- Data Governance:



Understanding of data quality, metadata management, data lineage, security, and governance principles.
- Analytical Solutions: Experience supporting business intelligence, reporting, and enterprise analytics requirements.
- Troubleshooting: Ability to diagnose and resolve data modelling, integration, and performance-related issues.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Strong communication skills and the ability to work with technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Preferred Qualifications
- SAP Business Data Cloud certification is a nice-to-have.
- SAP certifications in Data Architecture and/or SAP HANA Modelling are preferred.
- Experience with SAP Datasphere and SAP Analytics Cloud.
- Knowledge of SAP BW/4HANA and enterprise data warehousing concepts.
- Experience with data integration across cloud-based and on-premises environments.
- Familiarity with advertising and public relations business processes, campaign performance metrics, customer engagement, and marketing analytics.
- Experience delivering enterprise-scale data solutions in complex business environments.

- 9+ years of total IT experience, including at least 5+ years of relevant experience in SAP data technologies and data engineering.
- Solid analytical, problem-solving, and technical design capabilities.
- Ability to independently translate business requirements into robust data solutions.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and collaboration skills.
- Comfortable working in a hybrid setup with three days per week from the Gurgaon office.
