- 5+ years of hands-on SAP Basis administration experience.
- Strong experience supporting SAP S/4HANA landscapes.
- Experience with:
- SAP HANA Database Administration
- SAP System Installation and Upgrades
- System Refreshes and Client Copies
- Kernel and Support Package Upgrades
- Performance Monitoring and Tuning
- Transport Management System (TMS)
- SAP Solution Manager/Monitoring Tools
- User and Authorization Support (Basis-related activities)
- Experience with SAP system monitoring, job scheduling, and incident management.
- Knowledge of high availability, backup, restore, and disaster recovery processes.
- Experience working with cloud-hosted SAP environments is preferred.
- Understanding of integrations between SAP and non-SAP applications.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working within AMS support models and SLA-driven environments.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts, weekends, and on-call support.

Key Responsibilities

- Administer and support SAP S/4HANA, SAP HANA, and associated SAP systems.
- Perform system monitoring, health checks, and proactive issue resolution.




- Manage transports across SAP environments and support release activities.
- Execute system refreshes, client copies, kernel upgrades, and maintenance activities.
- Troubleshoot Basis-related incidents, performance issues, and system outages.
- Support SAP HANA database administration activities, including monitoring and optimization.
- Coordinate with infrastructure, cloud, security, and application teams to resolve issues.
- Ensure compliance with operational procedures, change management, and audit requirements.
- Participate in planned maintenance activities and production deployments.
- Maintain system documentation and operational runbooks.
- Provide support during critical business periods, upgrades, and project releases.
- Work closely with functional and technical teams to ensure reliable application operations.
- Provide application and infrastructure support in a 24x7 global support model, including rotational shifts and night-shift coverage.

Additional Information:

Shift – Rotational shift--2 days work from office and 3 days home.

Pay: ₹2,300,000.00 - ₹2,400,000.00 per year

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Chennai, Tamil Nadu
