We are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic, and customer-oriented Salon Manager to join our team!

Job Responsibilities:

- Manage daily salon operations smoothly and efficiently.
- Handle client appointments, customer service, and feedback.
- Lead, motivate, and manage salon staff.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and service quality.
- Achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
- Build strong relationships with clients and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Manage inventory, billing, and staff schedules.

Requirements:

- Previous experience in salon or beauty industry management preferred.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Strong customer service and team management abilities.
- Qualified attitude with a passion for beauty and wellness.

Location: The Glam Luxe Signature Salon Experience: 6 to 7 years

Salary: Best in the Industry / As per Experience
